The following are iPad Learning Cohorts focusing on Transition from School to Work:

Clark County

The iPad Learning Cohort membership:  Clark County Developmental Disabilities Staff, Washington State University Staff, an Educational Service District 112 SLP, two transition specialists from the Evergreen and Vancouver School Districts, 10 Transition students, and staff from WiSe.  The focus was to equip exiting students with iPads and Apps, and put these to use during the school day and at home. Students used the devices to travel, participate in work experience, prepare for interviews, create schedules, checklists, study, communicate, socialize, and more.  The schools continue to use devices with students and train other teachers to do so.

Nebraska ESU#13
